The Chinese Grand Prix was hectic from start to finish, with Mark Webber getting the pit stops off to an early start, and no less than eight cars scrabbling for positions on the final few laps. Nico Rosberg led the way from his first ever pole position and was rarely troubled throughout the 56 laps. He converted that P1 position into his maiden race victory, bringing Mercedes the win they have been hoping for. Meanwhile, Michael Schumacher was the one and only retirement after a bungled pit stop.
