Just came back from an amazing trip to Lebanon, and one of the best things I did was rent a Toyota Yaris Hatchback. My friend requested that I do a review about it so check it out after the break.
Although the car has manual powered windows, doors that have to be locked individually, no boot space, and is smaller than a shopping cart, it was extremely fun to drive. Lets look at the specs:
Engine: 1.5 liter, 4 cylinder
Power: 110 hp
weight: 2,113 lbs, which is very light compared to other cars, its around 420lbs lighter than a Mini Cooper. The car drove like a go-kart, it was extremely nimble, quick, and responsive which made it very fun to drive around, and for driving in Lebanon, something like that is a must. This reassured me on how important weight is to how a car drives and reacts and the main reason of this post. Remember:
More power = Faster in straight line
Less weight = Faster in straight line, in corners and braking
